Our classes emphasize independence, accessibility, and functional movement patterns. Instead of teaching performative styles of movement, we weave together sequences that train the fundamentals to help you bounce back and rise above what holds you down.

What are RestorACTIVE Classes?
My approach,RestorACTIVE, is a custom-designed solution to help those with physical limitations achieve their movement goals.
Each class includes a combination of an opening awareness practice, guided breathwork, supportive dynamic movement, teacher-led self-massage, and guided meditation.

Roll Model Method®
Soft-Tissue Conditioning Classes & Myofascial Release
Created and trademarked by fitness pro and fascia expert Jill Miller, The Roll Model Method is a soft-tissue conditioning fitness format that uses Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-massage, myofascial release and movement that boosts your energy reserves and overall resilience.
Best For: People looking for relief from soft-tissue related-discomfort. Participants must be able to get down to the floor independently

RestorACTIVE Breathwork
25 minute classes
A seated session that activates the relaxation response to help you find fresh perspective, a fuller sense of your breath, and a break from discomfort.

RestorACTIVE Mat

Roll, control, and sink into pilates. This class blends together Yoga Tune Up, Mat Pilates, and Mindful Movement practices for a class that reinforces and sustains your movement foundation.
Best for: For those interested in building increased core strength

Reformer Pilates
