Take a Class
I offer both group and private RestorACTIVE classes, which are designed (by me) to help those with physical limitations move easier.
Join a Workshop
I frequently teach workshops to teachers, studios, and practitioners. My goal is to educate them on how to better teach those with physical limitations.
Donate
A big part of my missions is making these classes available to anyone who can benefit, even those with financial limitations. To help this become possible, I welcome donations that cover class and prop costs.
