“Until I met Rachel, anatomy was a list of terms i had to memorize for the test, independent of any application to my own understanding of physiology or movement. Her material is organized in a way that allowed me to connect the academic knowledge to my 3 dimensional understanding of my own movement and physiology.”

—MIKEL CHAPMAN, REGISTERED YOGA TEACHER
