Join in the Movement! Each class offers a challenging blend of breathwork, core strengthening, functional movement, awareness-building self-massage, and balance work.

Patient Care Movement is also home of RestorACTIVE, a patient-led fitness program to help those living with limitations reach their movement goals and surpass their expectations.

Self-Myofascial Release
Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30AM | Basin Recreation Fieldhouse

Workout and leave feeling like you treated yourself to a massage. Rollouts (self-massage techniques) are paired with functional strengthening exercises that build strength, reduce pain, and support physical and emotional resilience. A variety of props will be used each week to help you discover new ways to move and feel well.

Roll into Flow
Wednesdays at 12pm | Momentum Millcreek

Roll into improved performance and relaxation. This Roll Model Method-based self-myofascial release class incorporates breathwork, guided self-massage, and mini vini sequences to help minimize uncomfortable tension and soreness, speed up recovery time, and heighten your inner sense of resilience.

Warm Stretch: Self-Care Saturdays: Warm Stretch
First Saturday of every month | Enlighten Wellness
60 minutes

Come unwind after skiing or a long week. This class is designed to get deep into the muscles and connective tissue to encourage a complete recovery from vigorous exercises and daily life. We incorporate pranayama (breath) and meditation to reduce stress and release tension from the body and the mind. Open to all ages and levels. Room is slightly heated to 85 degrees.
