Join in the Movement! Each class offers a challenging blend of breathwork, core strengthening, functional movement, awareness-building self-massage, and balance work.

Patient Care Movement is also home of RestorACTIVE, a patient-led fitness program to help those living with limitations reach their movement goals and surpass their expectations.

Self-Myofascial Release

Get a workout and leave feeling like you treated yourself to a massage. Rollouts (self-massage techniques) are paired with functional strengthening exercises that build strength, reduce pain, and support physical and emotional resilience. A variety of props will be used each week to help you discover new ways to move and feel well.

SPRING 2024

RestorACTIVE Chair

Join our virtual community to move, breathe, connect, and leave feeling energized. This gentle, yet challenging chair class leans into dynamic strengthening and mobility training. Each class opens with an awareness practice and a Roll Model Method-inspired soft-tissue treatment.

Props needed:

  • Chair, Mat, or Bed

  • ALPHA-Core Combo (Contact for discount code)

  • Resistance Band

  • 5” Yoga Block

My cornerstone class, RestorACTIVE includes functional, pilates-based movement, Yoga Tune Up exercises, and roll outs to help you get back to doing what you love. Unwind, reshape, and enjoy a good night’s rest. Floor or bed option

Warm Stretch

Tone the deep core,self-massage your soft tissue, and leave the studio feeling deeply relaxed. This restorative blend of yoga flow, breathwork and myofascial release with props helps you turn the dial down on aches and pain—and heightens balance and resilience on and off the mat. This class is suitable for all levels.

Saturdays 4:00 - 5:00pm | Enlighten Wellness Park City

Roll into Flow

Roll into improved performance and relaxation. This Roll Model Method-based self-myofascial release class incorporates breathwork, guided self-massage, and mini vini sequences to help minimize uncomfortable tension and soreness, speed up recovery time, and heighten your inner sense of resilience.

Virtual Self Massage

Virtual Self Massage Classes to boost energy reserves, shape an adaptable mind, and support comfort to move or enjoy a good night’s rest. VSM is rooted in the Roll Model Method,® a soft-tissue conditioning fitness format that uses Roll Model® Therapy Balls. Floor, chair, or bed option
